My path into this work didn't follow a straight line.
For many years, I worked in fast-paced, people-facing environments including aviation, marketing and event management. These roles were stimulating and rewarding, but they also came with irregular schedules, high responsibility and constant pressure.
For a long time, I managed. On the outside, everything looked fine.
Over time, however, my body began to signal that something was not working.
Sleep disruption. Digestive issues. Ongoing stress that became part of daily life.
Even as I tried to do what I believed was right for my health. But nothing seemed to fully
address the root of what was happening.
Becoming a mother added another layer. It was meaningful and beautiful, but also marked by exhaustion, broken sleep and the challenge of holding many roles at once. My health struggles intensified and it became clear that willpower, discipline, or isolated fixes were not enough.
What changed things for me was discovering a more integrated way of understanding health.
Through further training and deeper study, I began to see how stress, sleep, the nervous system, digestion and daily habits are deeply connected. I learned that real change doesn't come from pressure or perfection.
It comes from understanding.
From structure.
From a pace that respects real life.
Training as a health and wellness coach gave me the tools to listen differently, ask better questions and support sustainable change in a grounded and practical way.
That period also reshaped how I think about health and work and daily life.
I realised how important it is to live in alignment with your values and to spend as much time as possible doing things that feel meaningful. Not perfectly or all the time, but intentionally. And that is the approach I now bring into my work.
For me, meaning comes from supporting others in a thoughtful, steady way, helping them reconnect with their health without pressure, fear, or unrealistic expectations.
Today, I support thoughtful, capable people who appear strong on the outside but feel worn down underneath.
People who want to feel well again, not through quick fixes or rigid plans, but through clarity, structure and a pace that respects their life.
I work within clear professional boundaries. Coaching supports reflection, informed choice and sustainable behaviour change and works alongside medical care where needed.
