Introduction

Many of the people I work with are managing a lot in their daily lives and, over time, begin to feel increasingly stretched or depleted.

They want to feel better and care for their health, yet knowing where to start, or how to do so without adding more pressure, can feel overwhelming in itself.

My role is to offer space, perspective and structure, helping people understand what is happening and take realistic steps toward feeling well again.

How I work

When life feels constantly demanding, the usual advice is to push harder, fix things quickly, or add more discipline.

I see it differently.

In many cases, feeling depleted is not a failure. It is a signal that stress and responsibility have been carried for too long without enough support, recovery, or structure.

My work focuses on slowing things down enough to understand what is really going on and then rebuilding balance in a way that is realistic and sustainable.

I take a whole-person approach informed by functional medicine principles, looking at how stress, the nervous system, digestion, sleep, movement and daily habits interact over time.

Rather than trying to fix people or overwhelm them with information, my focus is on clear guidance, thoughtful structure and sustainable change.

Clients often experience more stable energy, clearer thinking and a greater sense of calm in their daily life.

About me

I am Antoanela Enache, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.

My path into this work was shaped by years spent in fast paced, people-facing roles, followed by a personal journey of learning what happens when stress, disrupted sleep and everyday demands accumulate over time.

Today, I support people who want to feel well again but need clarity, structure and a pace that respects their life.
